Studio manager jobs columbus ohio7/7/2023 ![]() ![]() The Studio Associate will aid in hands-on art-making for a variety of Studio programs for visitors of all ages at the Columbus Museum of Art. Provide staff support for Advancement events.Provide general office workspace support such as space organization and maintaining department supplies manage membership and admission giveaways for charitable events in the community.In cooperation with Operations personnel, develop and implement Altru data cleanup and maintenance policies and procedures.Serve as liaison to CMA’s Friends of Jewish Art and Contemporaries interest groups.Manage daily gift entry and acknowledgment enter contributions into the Altru database and communicate with Fundraisers to ensure proper gift application generate donor acknowledgment letters/tax receipts, collect appropriate signatures and mail.Work closely with other Development staff to implement fundraising, cultivation, stewardship, and recognition events to achieve annual financial goals.Develop & and manage a strategic plan to move members to annual giving, including but not limited to: Summer Appeal, End-of-Year Appeal, and tribute gifts.Create, manage, and report Revenue and Expenses for membership piece of work.Plan and implement strategies for membership renewal, upgrade, and acquisition to meet revenue goals monitor membership statistics work to increase renewal rates, with special attention to tracking first-year renewal rates.This individual must be professional, diplomatic, and discrete in handling sensitive and confidential information. Must have a willingness to increase knowledge and skills through ongoing training, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization, including staff, trustees, donors, volunteers, and members. Must be able to identify and solve problems. This position requires strong organizational and management skills, strong analytical skills, and effective oral and written skills. Īccurate and timely fulfillment of administrative duties, as well as the application of fundraising skills in a fast-paced environment, is imperative. The Membership & Operations Coordinator is also responsible for the daily processing of gifts to CMA, including accurate entry into the Altru database and creation of donor acknowledgments and tax receipts, and provides general office workspace management. The Membership & Operations Coordinator for the Columbus Museum of Art (CMA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing membership communications, renewals, upgrades, and acquisition helping manage cultivation, stewardship, and recognition events to retain members, increase and diversify the membership base and achieve revenue goals from membership levels up to $2,499.
